ANNOUNCING EXHIBITION, "Heads of Mindless States," ART WORKS ON DISPLAY 10701 Livingston Road, Ft. Washington, MD -- Kowing's found-object art works will be on display from August 24 through October 23, 2009, at Harmony Hall Gallery. Opening reception will be Saturday, September 5, 1:30 - 3:30. The exhibition features works that highlight tragic-comedy absurdities of contemporary icons, politicians, and others. Forty works are exhibited featuring assemblages and various manifestations of "heads," rendered in acrylic paint, epoxy, canvas and found objects. |
